Simon is a short, balding photographer from Raumati Beach, New Zealand. He now lives in Scotland and likes vegemite on toast, cats, hats, cities, sunny days in Kirkcudbrightshire and taking photographs.

Simon makes photographs in many different genres but is most passionate about street photography. For him, street photography is more than a genre of photography. It's an approach to photography and to life. It is how he looks at the world and how he sees it - even if heI doesn't have a camera.
He makes pictures by intuition, because he needs to press the shutter button at that exact moment. He does not plan or stage his street photographs, he lets life unfold before him and capture the scene as he sees it, as he feels it.
